Dentures
What are dentures?
A denture is a removable appliance designed to replace a missing tooth or multiple teeth. They can be made from acrylic or a mixture of acrylic and a metal alloy called cobalt chrome.
Partial Dentures
They replace some teeth in the upper or lower jaw and use your remaining teeth as support. They can have clasps on the remaining teeth to help keep them in.
Complete Dentures
They are used to replace all the teeth in the upper or lower jaw and rely on suction from your soft tissues. Sometimes these can be quite loose so implant-retained dentures are a more secure alternative. Learn more about implants
