Implants
What are dental implants?
A dental implant implant is a titanium screw that is placed into your jaw bone to mimic the root of a missing tooth. A tooth, multiple teeth or a denture can then be attached to dental implants to replace teeth and restore your smile.
Why choose dental implants?
They preserve your existing teeth - implants do not require any preparation of your adjacent teeth unlike bridges.
They preserve your bone - when you lose a tooth the bone around it can shrink.
Increased comfort and confidence to eat - loose-fitting dentures can be uncomfortable and limit what foods you can eat.
